About me – my life, my values -and what this can mean for you!

In my youth I experienced what it can mean to not fit the system. My grades were out of an acceptable range, i got through times of being bullied and came out as gay which was not accepted by my father. All of this resulted in a drop out at school after 12 years without a final secondary-school examination, without a fix residence. I started my civilian service without real perspective for the time after: I ended up sitting at home, unemployed and without a proper perspective. As you might imagine this is not a proper basis, thus I decided at one day to change. Without any help I started to structure my life and re-launch to achieve a final exam, which finally resulted in a dual studies opportunity. Years of hard work became visible on my Bachelor certificate in Business Administration.

For me, the consecutive next step was to enhance my view by moving to a bigger city -I joint Hamburg and recognized: It is not at all easy to find a job in case you are not having a “straight forward”-CV. Luckily, after plenty of applications and some interviews and a small stop-over in one company, I was hired by a small logistics business. Here I was able to bring my best self to work, securing the business administrative side of the venture whilst improving the collaboration in all areas. The result: I received the power to act and sign on behalf of the firm and acted as Deputy-CEO, becoming in addition as well responsible for the Trainees and their Traineeship. I was in the lead for different M&A approaches and responsible for different negotiations, both with suppliers and customers. Overall, this was a huge honour for which I am still highly thankful.

In parallel to my job I wanted to enhance as well my personal, theoretical background. In my professional life I found the passion to increase efficiency whilst keeping the eye level with all my colleagues and ensuring the efficiency charges are not on their accounts but based on better collaboration, processes and digitalisation. I started my studies in Organizational Development, as this course was providing me the right input on what I deem right on how to steer a business. Today, I am holding a Masters Certificate from the TU Kaiserslautern. But to give a real holistic approach also in Mergers and Acquisitions I stared studying Commercial Law at the Uni Saarland with a focus on M&A. This I’ll finish in Summer 2022.

It took me some time to reconsider my situation, but finally I decided that I would like to experience to work in a corporate company. Having started in the aerospace sector, shortly after Covid-19 came up, it was quite clear I would have the need for a new Job shortly, anyhow the short time in the position as Logistics Transformation Manager have shown me what my true passion is: I want to support others in improving, either on the business or on the personal side. First thoughts about getting self-employed were born. The core of what is the outcome is now visible on this Homepage.

My past has formed me. I believe in holistic approaches, personal development, collaboration on eyesight level and sustainable solutions. Hard work pays off, even if the road can be rocky.
